Stories give wings to great ideas. My goal with the SympliFi team was to simplify how the product narrative was told, making it more accessible and impactful for users. After analyzing feedback from user interviews, I collaborated with the team to enhance storytelling on the website, improve its visual design, and build out the new site.

The updated aesthetics were also carried over to the mobile app. Following the success of the website revamp, I spearheaded a video marketing campaign and a testimonial series to further elevate SympliFi’s story and reach.
